Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original anti-static packaging and double-box the system to ensure components remain safe during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
